Liza Soberano has openly admitted that she was hurt by Boy Abunda's earlier statement about her controversial 'This is Me' vlog.
On his show Fast Talk with Boy Abunda, we learned that the 'King of Talk' was given the opportunity to interview Liza.
According to Boy, he was contacted by James Reid, who is now the current talent manager of the actress.
At the beginning of their interview, Boy backtracked and recalled his earlier statement about Liza's viral vlog on YouTube.
Previously, Boy made headlines when he said he was not "disgusted" by Liza's vlog but that he was "disappointed" by it.
Eventually, Boy asked Liza what her thoughts were upon seeing and hearing his statement about her video.
"Na-hurt ako kasi feeling ko, of all people, ikaw yung makakaintindi because you know, I see you as one of the wisest in the industry and sa dami ng napagdaanan mo with different personalities parang you always saw things for what they were and parang ang paniniwala ko your judgment isn't clouded by the noise of the media, by what the fans say, so parang I felt misunderstood by you," she admitted.
However, Liza also revealed that she understood Boy's point, especially after James told her about his conversation with the host.
"In-explain niya sakin yung thought process mo about everything, and I understood your point. It really did make sense to me," she added.
