Teen Pro-Choice Activist Who Was Publicly Criticized For Her Looks By Matt Gaetz Gets The Last Laugh

Florida Republican Representative Matt Gaetz tried to shame a teenage pro-choice activist about her body. However, not only that he failed miserably, but she managed to capitalize on his actions and raised over $550,000 in reproductive rights access.

During a speech he gave at the Turning Point USA Student Action Summit in Tampa over the weekend, Gaetz said that women ‘who look like a thumb’ shouldn’t worry about women’s health rights.

He suggested instead of marching at rallies, unattractive women should “march for like an hour a day” and “get the blood pumpin’.”
Olivia Julianna, 19, later responded to Gaetz’s comments, specifically his claim that “odious… 5’2 350 pound women” rally for reproductive rights even though they’re the ones who “nobody wants to impregnate.”

Gaetz went so far to suggest that instead of marching at rallies, unattractive women should ‘march for like an hour a day’ and ‘get the blood pumpin’.
Well, the 19-year-old Olivia Julianna responded to his comments in glorious fashion, and even managed to raise $550k alongside.

Gaetz responded by posting a photo of her Twitter profile picture and referring to her as ‘dander raised’.

So, Juliana seized the opportunity to announce that she would be fundraising for the nonprofit Gen-Z for Change, which splits the donations across abortion funds in all 50 states, especially ‘where services are most needed’.

This time it wasn’t just a few thousand dollars. Contributors managed to raise over $550,000 – and many people praised Julianna for speaking out, including Hillary Clinton.
